How I Started With No Design or Selling Experience

A few years ago I started exploring the world of digital products with no real design background and no experience selling online.

I was simply curious about whether it was possible to build something creative that could generate income online.

At first it was a lot of learning, experimenting and figuring things out as I went. But eventually something started to happen.

My Etsy store began getting sales — first occasionally, and then more and more regularly.

Eventually I reached the point where my shop was generating daily sales and bringing in an additional part-time income alongside my full-time job.

That momentum pushed me to keep creating new products and expanding my collections. Over time, what started as a small experiment grew into a real digital product business.

That’s when That Digital Mum was born — a place where I could grow my own store while also helping other beginners learn how to start their own digital product journey.

In November 2025 our family took a big step when we relocated to Spain and my husband left his job to join the business full time.

Our goal is simple: to build a business that belongs to us — one that gives our family the freedom to work from anywhere and spend more time together.
