Clipart, Sublimation Designs & PLR Products
At That Digital Mum, we create digital products to support crafters, designers, and small business owners at every stage of their journey. This page explains how our products can (and can’t) be used, so you can create and sell with confidence.
This license applies to all digital products purchased from That Digital Mum and it's associated brands. Different rules apply depending on the product type, so please read carefully.
🎨 Clipart & Sublimation Designs
(Standard Commercial Use License)
Our clipart sets, tumbler wrap designs, and sublimation graphics are provided with a commercial use license for end products.
✅ Where You CAN Use These Designs
You may use our clipart and sublimation designs on platforms such as (but not limited to):
• Canva
• JetTemplate
• Corjl
• Templett
• Zazzle
• Print-on-demand (POD) platforms including Printify, Redbubble, Teespring, and similar
• Physical product creation (tumblers, mugs, apparel, gifts, stationery, etc.)
✅ Permitted Use
You may use That Digital Mum clipart and sublimation designs to create finished end products for sale, including:
• Physical products (tumblers, mugs, apparel, gifts)
• Printed items (cards, invitations, planners)
• Flattened digital designs (e.g. finished templates or artwork)
• Personalised designs created for individual clients
Important:
The artwork must be part of a flattened or finished design and cannot be easily extracted, copied, or reused as a standalone file.
You may sell unlimited quantities of your finished products under this license.
🚫 Not Permitted (Clipart & Sublimation)
To protect our original work and keep licensing fair:
❌ You may NOT resell, share, gift, or redistribute our files in their original or editable format
❌ You may NOT include our artwork in clipart packs, bundles, PLR products, or competing digital resources
❌ You may NOT upload our designs to stock image, clipart, or graphic resource websites
❌ You may NOT claim the artwork as your own
❌ You may NOT use our designs for logos, trademarks, or brand identities
🧾 PLR Products
(Private Label Rights – Different Rules Apply)
PLR products are clearly labelled on each product listing and come with expanded usage rights.
✅ What You CAN Do With PLR Products
Unless otherwise stated in the product description, PLR products may be:
• Edited, rewritten, or customised
• Rebranded with your own business name and branding
• Sold as your own digital products
• Used as lead magnets, paid products, or bonuses
• Included inside memberships or bundles
PLR products are designed to help you launch faster and build your own digital product library.
🚫 PLR Restrictions
While PLR offers flexibility, some restrictions still apply:
❌ You may not resell PLR exactly as received without making reasonable changes
❌ You may not claim copyright ownership of PLR content
❌ You may not redistribute PLR files as free public downloads unless explicitly permitted
Always refer to the individual product description for any PLR-specific terms, as some products may include additional conditions.

• PLR products → can be customised, branded, and resold
• Original files may never be redistributed as standalone assets unless explicitly stated
